You'll discover how trigger links offer a seamless method for directing recipients to particular content or actions with a simple click.
1. Click "Conversations"
2. Select a Message
Search for the lead or recipient you want to send an SMS to.
3. Click Icon to Access Trigger Links
To access the list of trigger links, click on the "+" sign.
4. Click "Trigger Links"
5. Select Trigger
Select the trigger link you want to include in your message.
6. Click "Send" once Link is Ready to Deliver
Once the message is sent, the trigger link's custom value will be replaced by an actual link.
Note: It's important to remember that trigger links cannot be used as short links.
