Customizing Email Review Request Behavior in LEADDEC

1. Select 'Settings' to get started.

1 To begin, click on "Settings".

2. Next, choose 'Reputation Management.'

2 Click on "Reputation Management".

3. Scroll to the 'Email Review Request' section.

3 Next, click on the element.

4. Toggle to enable 'Email Review Request.'

4 Upload

5. Enter your preferred email subject line.

5 Then, click on the element.

6. Decide timing for sending the email after check-in.

6 Once that's done, click on "Review Request Behavior".

7. Specify hours or days for sending follow-up emails if custom is selected

7 Next up, click on "Hours".

8. Select repetition frequency for the email.

8 Once that's done, click on "Don't Repeat".

9. If needed, adjust the custom interval for email repetition.

9 Following that, click on "Custom".

10. Set the maximum number of retry attempts.

11. Open the Email Builder to customize your email's appearance.
