1. Proceed to the 'Settings' option on the page.

2. From there, navigate to the 'My Staff' section.

3. Select a staff member from the displayed list.

4. Access the 'Call & Voicemail Settings' of the selected staff member.

5. Proceed to select the 'Inbound Twilio Number'.

6. Opt to forward calls to the web app in the next step.

7. You can also choose to forward calls to the mobile app.

8. Adjust incoming call timeout as per your preference.

9. Finish off by uploading an mp3/wav file.
