Creating Checkbox Custom Fields in LeadDec

Master the art of adding checkbox custom fields to your LeadDec forms with our comprehensive guide. Checkboxes are ideal for gathering multiple selections from users, making them perfect for options like services offered, interests, or preferences. This tutorial will walk you through the process of setting up these fields, from design to implementation, ensuring your forms are both functional and user-friendly for collecting diverse types of responses.

1. Let's get started, first tap on Settings.

1 First off, click on "Settings".

2. Now, locate and select Custom Fields.

2 Click on "Custom Fields".

3. Select Add Field to create a new custom field.

3 Next up, click on "Add Field".

4. Decided what type? Excellent, tap on Checkbox.

4 Once that's done, click on "Checkbox".

5. This is your preview area

5 Click on "Preview".

6. Happy with the preview? Great, press Next.

6 Next up, click on "Next".

7. Provide a name for your new field.

8. Now, select a group for your field.

8 Then, click on "Select".

9. Excellent! Now, do the same for your object.

9 Upload

10. Add a name for your new option.

10 Click on the element.

11. Almost there, specify the value for your option.

12. If you need to delete an option, use this.

12 Now, click here.

13. Need more options? Simply tap Add an option.

13 Click on "Add an option".

14. To tailor your field, select Additional preferences.

15. Click here if you want to create a unique key for your custom field.

16. Provide a detailed description for your field here.

17. And you're done! Save your new custom field.
