Managing Custom Values in LeadDec

Learn how to enhance your CRM experience by managing custom values in LeadDec. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on creating, editing, and utilizing custom fields to store unique information specific to your business

1. Get started by selecting 'Settings'.

1 To begin, click on "Settings".

2. Next, proceed with the 'Custom Values' option.

2 After, click on "Custom Values".

3. Now, use this space to search for specific custom values.

3 Following that, click on the element.

4. Feel free to click this icon when you want to copy a custom value key.

4 Click here.

5. For more options, click the 3 dots icon.

5 Next, click on the icon.

6. Wish to move the custom value? Select 'Move To Folder'.

6 After that, click on "Move To Folder".

7. Select a destination folder from this dropdown.

7 After that, click on "Select Folder".

8. To edit a custom value, select 'Edit Custom Value'.

8 Following that, click on "Edit Custom Value".

9. Want to delete a value? Simply choose 'Delete Custom Value'.

9 After that, click on "Delete Custom Value".

10. Confirm your choice by clicking 'Confirm'.

10 Click on "Confirm".

11. Lastly, view your list of created folders by selecting 'folders'.

11 Next, click on "folders".
