Migrating to Dynamic Payment Element
We've upgraded our invoice payments system. The card element has been replaced with a dynamic payment element that can show Google Pay or Apple Pay options. This change depends on the customer's country, browser, and activated Google/Apple wallets.
💸 Google Pay & Apple Pay Support
The toggle on the integrations page is only for order form payments. Now, Google Pay and Apple Pay work for invoices with no additional step requirements, provided using Stripe Connect.
🔄 Seamless Transaction Reporting
Rest assured, there will be no changes to the reporting of transactions, triggers, and the recording of payments for invoices.
🔄 Compatibility
Both Apple Pay and Google Pay are compatible with recurring as well as one-time charges.
Seamless Apple Pay Display
To ensure a seamless experience with Apple Pay, we will automatically register the domain used for hosting invoices from the business Stripe account.
⚠️ Payment Provider Availability
Please note, this feature is available exclusively with Stripe and not with other payment providers.
