1. To start off, click on "Settings".

2. Click on "My Profile".

3. Navigate to "User Availability" section Note: There are numerous options available for updating your user availability, and this section is just one of them.

4. Choose your meeting location

5. Click here to input meeting location

6. Next, find and click on the area where you can select your timezone.

7. Choose your available working days by clicking on the corresponding letters.

8. Select the time of day you're available by clicking on the appropriate section.

9. Click on "+ Add time" to extend your available time frame on any given day.

10. After that, click on "Update Availability".

11. Remember to save your changes by clicking the "Update Availability" button
