Missed Call Text Back

Activate the Missed Call Text Back feature in LeadDec to automatically send a personalized text message to clients whenever you miss their call. This setting ensures you maintain continuous engagement with your clients, providing a thoughtful touchpoint that communicates attentiveness and prompt service

1. Start by moving to the 'Settings' option.

1 Click on "Settings".

2. Proceed by scrolling until the 'Missed Call Text Back' function is visible.

2 After, click on the element.

3. Decide whether to apply the 'Missed Call Text Back' feature.

3 Once that's done, click on "Enable missed call text back".

4. Go ahead to create your response text template for missed calls.

4 Click here.

5. This section allows you to test the feature by entering your own phone number.

5 Click on the element.

6. Lastly, preserve these configurations by tapping the 'Save Missed Call Text Settings' button.

6 Next up, click on "Save Missed Call Text Settings".
