Configure your company's Voicemail Settings in LeadDec to ensure a professional and responsive communication channel. This setup allows you to craft custom greetings, manage voicemail availability, and streamline message retrieval procedures, enhancing the overall caller experience while maintaining operational efficiency.

1. Begin by navigating to your 'Settings' menu.

1 First up, click on "Settings".

2. Scroll down until you locate 'Call and Voicemail Settings'.

2 After, click on the element.

3. Choose an appropriate 'Incoming Call Timeout'

3 Click on "Incoming Call Timeout".

4. Upload a pre-recorded voicemail to serve as your main message.

4 Afterwards, click here.

5. Finish by saving your changes with the 'Save Call Settings' button.

5 Then, click on "Save Call Settings".
