Intro Overview
Recurring appointments are meetings or events scheduled to repeat at regular intervals, like daily, weekly, or monthly. They streamline scheduling by eliminating the need to create separate appointments for each instance. Setting up a recurring appointment saves time and effort, particularly for routine events such as weekly meetings or monthly check-ins.
1. To get started, click on "calendars".

2. Click on "Calendar Settings".

3. Click "Create Calendar"

4. Next, click on "Availability".

5. Click here to enable recurring meeting When you toggle on Recurring Appointments, you'll access the recurring appointments settings, allowing you to customize them according to your specific needs.

6. Select "Frequency"

7. Input "Times to repeat" We have a limitation on the 'times to repeat' field. An event can repeat for a maximum of 24 times.

8. Click here to select "if slots are unavailable" This essentially means that if another appointment or event is already booked for the intended slot, the user has the following options

9. "skip booking unavailable slots" is selected That simply means book ONLY the available slots and ignore the rest.

10. "Continue booking" is selected Choosing Continue Booking means you are allowing the calendar to double-book the slot. 'Continue Booking' prompts an additional dropdown, asking what to do in cases where double bookings occur

11. Click "Book next available slot" That simply means booking the reoccurrences regardless of how far out in the future the calendar needs to scout for available slots.

12. Click on "Save"

NOTE: We check availability for only the next 3 slots. If unavailable, we drop the booking. If available, we continue and complete all recurrences. Users should be cautious when selecting the recurring booking option (book next vs. skip booking vs. continue booking).
Recurring appointments can only be booked for standard slots (for custom slots, the recurring booking option is not displayed). Users cannot book recurring appointments from the opportunities page. Recurring calendars will be available in the drop-down to book, but only for a single time slot.
