1. Begin by clicking on 'Conversations'.

2. Next, identify and select a message from the list.

3. Click here to "Insert templates"

4. Upon clicking, select from available templates.

5. You may manage your templates here.

5 After that, click on "Template".

6. To proceed, click 'Use Template'.
