Streamlining New Sign-Ups with PTminder and LeadDec: A Comprehensive Guide
Are you looking to optimize your lead management process and automate follow-ups with new sign-ups? Integrating PTminder with LeadDec can help you achieve this seamlessly. Follow these comprehensive steps to streamline new sign-ups from PTminder into LeadDec for efficient lead management and automation.
Step 1: Login to PTminder in Zapier
Begin by logging in to PTminder in Zapier. Select the trigger "Client Created" or "Client Package Assigned" in PTminder. Note: Avoid using "Client Membership Assigned" as this is typically assigned for monthly memberships.

Step 2: Load up LeadDec/LeadConnector
Load up LeadDec or LeadConnector and select the action "Add/Update Contact." This action will enable you to add new sign-ups from PTminder into your LeadDec account automatically.

Step 3: Ensure you add the tag: newsignup
When setting up the integration, make sure to add the tag "newsignup" to identify new sign-ups in LeadDec. If you prefer to use a different tag, remember to update it accordingly in step 4.

Step 4: Head into LeadDec > Automations > Connecting To Other Software
Navigate to LeadDec and go to Automations > Connecting To Other Software. Select the automation titled "1: (New FEO Sign-Up) Software - Zapier - LeadDec."
If you have changed the tag in step 3, be sure to update it in the "Contact Tag" field of the automation. This automation will add new sign-ups into a new pipeline, remove them from any other automation, and eliminate the "newlead" tag.
