Activating and Customizing Your Booking Calendar
A dynamic booking calendar is vital for managing appointments and maximizing your schedule. Follow these steps to initiate and tailor your LeadDec calendar to reflect your brand and availability accurately.
Accessing Calendars: Navigate to the calendars section on the dashboard. A default calendar named "Bookings Calendar" is pre-set for your convenience.
Renaming the Calendar: Click the three dots next to your calendar and select "Edit Group." Update the placeholder "business name" to your actual business name, e.g., "Dave's Gym," to personalize your booking link.
Activating Your Calendar: Assign users to the calendar by clicking "Edit" and then "Add User." Choose from the list of team members you’ve previously added.
Defining Appointment Settings: Customize your booking preferences:
Slot duration and interval
Buffer time between appointments
Appointment limits per slot and per day
Minimum scheduling notice and date range availability
Specific operating hours for each weekday
Confirmation Settings: Enable options for your clients to easily reschedule or cancel through their confirmation email for a seamless experience.
Finalizing Your Calendar: Save your settings to activate the calendar. Enable it if it shows as blocked by selecting "Enable Calendar."
Setting Up Text Messaging
Integrate a phone number into your LeadDec account for direct text communication with your clients, enhancing your automation capabilities.
Adding a Phone Number: Click "Add Number" in the Phone Number section, input your country code, and select a number.
Troubleshooting: If your country code is unavailable, contact our support team to explore solutions.

Integration: Navigate to the reputation management section to connect your Google My Business account.
