  1. Creating Your Calendar:

    • Select "Create Calendar" and then choose "Collective Booking."

    • Enter a memorable Calendar Name.

    • Select at least 2 team members to include in this Collective Calendar.

    • Customize your Calendar URL and, if desired, set a default Meeting Location.

  3. Finalizing Your Calendar:

    • Confirm your settings, and voila, your Collective Calendar is ready to use. Advanced settings can be further customized by selecting "Go to advanced settings" or editing the calendar after its creation.

  • Changing the Primary Owner: This can be easily adjusted in the Advanced Settings/ Edit Calendar under Meeting Details by selecting "Make owner" next to the desired team member's name.


    Please Note: A Primary owner cannot be deleted from the collective booking calendar. To delete a team member please ensure that the team member is not the Primary owner

  • Notifications: All team members involved in a Collective Booking will receive notifications upon the booking of an appointment, with the content remaining consistent with existing calendar settings.

  • Payments Integration: If enabled for the Calendar, payment must be completed before the appointment confirmation, following the standard payment procedure.

  • Limit on Team Members: Up to 100 team members can be included in a single Collective Booking calendar, although more members may reduce the availability of common free slots.
