Access Contacts: Go to your contacts list and search for the duplicates by typing in their name, phone number, or email—LeadDec allows the use of both first and last names for a precise search.
Select Duplicates: Once you locate the duplicates, check all that apply. If you’re dealing with, for example, four duplicates, ensure all are selected for merging.
Initiate Merge: Look for the merge icon, located between the import contacts and the settings gear icon. This is your tool for merging the selected contacts.
Choose Master Record: Among the selected contacts, determine which one holds the most accurate and comprehensive information. This will serve as the master record during the merge.
